β οΈ Important: As flowers are perishable products, all return and refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of receiving your order, with photographic evidence.
β Eligible for Refund / Replacement
- Flowers delivered in visibly damaged or wilted condition
- Wrong order delivered (different flowers or quantity)
- Order not delivered but marked as delivered
- Significant quality difference from what was ordered
β Not Eligible for Return / Refund
- Change of mind after order is placed and dispatched
- Flowers that have wilted due to improper care after delivery
- Requests raised more than 2 hours after delivery
- Requests without photo/video evidence
- Minor variations in color or arrangement (due to seasonal availability)
- Customized or special event orders (unless damaged)
πΈ How to Raise a Complaint
- Take a clear photo or video of the received flowers within 2 hours of delivery.
- WhatsApp us at +91 88888 57588 or email order@myrose.in with your Order ID and photos.
- Our team will review your complaint within 2β4 hours on business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement delivery or process a refund.
π° Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3β5 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI ID, bank account, or wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be via bank transfer or UPI.
- We will contact you for refund details once the claim is approved.
π Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 30 minutes but before dispatch: 50% refund.
- Cancellations after dispatch: no refund (flowers are perishable).

π Special Occasions
For wedding, corporate, or large event orders, cancellation policies are agreed upon at the time of booking. Please refer to your custom order agreement or contact us for details.
